The relationship between driving and BGR (guy's perspective)

Point 1: The longer you know her, the more
tantrums issues she'll throw up.
A new car rarely stalls on you, like in the honeymoon period, your flaws are acceptable and she rarely complains about anything you do. Ten months down the road, you're expected to accept her tantrums and apologise for EVERYTHING, saying sorry first is a golden rule, whether you are right or not.
Point 2: The better you know her, the less likely you are to get into trouble.
You'll learn to know how to interpret the little jerks and clanging sounds when changing gears. Usually these are calls for maintenance, ignore it at your peril. You'll get no pity for not noticing the signs, and usually repairs cost MUCH more than a regular maintenance session, which leads to the next point.
Point 3: A car may be an asset, but it comes with liabilities too.
Maintaining a car cost money, be ready to
lose invest $$.
Point 4: Take good care of her, regular car care gives you more mileage.
Drivers who bothered take one day a week to clean and maintain their car will end up with cars that last longer on the road. That means greater value for money.
Point 5: The older you are, the more money you have, and a better car you can get.
Men get better with age. The older and richer men will get to afford better and more expensive cars =)
